Is the whole wedding outdoors?
Yes and no. The ceremony is planned to be outside, and the sun will be shining (hopefully). The reception will be in a heated party tent, in an open yard. Please make sure to dress accordingly and keep hydrated throughout the day!
Bathroom situation?
There will be a pretty cool looking bathroom trailer available for all your bathroom needs (except showers). So no need to go inside the house unless you have special permission.
Parking?
Good question. We will have a designated area to park cars on the lawn. The event takes place on a pretty slow dirt road, so you may also park there. I would encourage car pooling with close friends and family if possible.
Can we bring our children?
We absolutely adore your children. And we are going to respectfully request you seek childcare for this event. We recognize childcare can be difficult to come by and/or expensive. We want you to come, and we also understand the need to prioritize your families needs first.
Please note, that if you are parents of a newborn, please reach out to Autumn or Gavin separately.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
Thank you for understanding!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be alcohol and other drinks during cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly, and drunk driving will not be tolerated.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us.
Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
When should I RSVP by?
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible.
However, the deadline is June 15th 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no.' We need to provide our vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
How should I RSVP if I cannot make the ceremony, but I would like to attend the reception?
Just rsvp attending, and indicate in one of the questions that pop up that you'll just be attending the reception please. :)
